We operate on a next day basis, but do our best to meet any specific requirements you may have. We are happy to book engineers for specific dates, and if we have engineers available we can offer a same day response.
Most are not economical to repair due to the cost of replacement. Some of these new InkJet printers start from around £40.00 so it is cheaper for you to buy a new one with a year’s warranty. Many of the manufacturers do not supply parts for the low cost home printers as they are seen as a throw away item.

Yes, all of our engineers receive manufacturer training from partnered brands. We also operate an excellent in-house training program run by our dedicated service team. Many of our engineers have been with us years and are highly experienced in what they do.
Under EU laws all electrical equipment must be disposed of safely and correctly. Home and office printers can be disposed of at your local rubbish and recycling centre. They may also accept some photocopiers, however it is advised that you call to confirm first. Many people list faulty machines on eBay for parts or spares. If you are purchasing a new machine from us, speak to our sales team to see how we can help dispose of your old equipment for you.
Although our head office is based in Edenbridge in Kent, our engineers are based across the whole of the South East including London. This gives us the ability to cover a large area and meet our customers’ demands.
We keep many common parts in stock for printers and photocopiers across all the brands that we support. However we don’t keep all parts in stock, as we would need a warehouse the size of the Isle of White! Our parts come from manufacturers and suppliers across the globe, and the estimated times vary depending on the manufacturer and how popular the machine is. We always try to keep you updated where possible, but you are always welcome to call or email for an update if you prefer.
Yes, many of our customers like to get their equipment serviced on an ad hock basis and this is something we can help you with. Our engineers will fully strip the equipment and ensure that all parts are working correctly. If any parts are required, we will advise you.
Yes, we have excellent link with many suppliers and can offer competitive prices. Most consumables can be with you next day if you order before 3pm.
We started back in 1986 and have always been known as Temple Knight. Richard Chapman who founded Temple Knight is still an active part of the company and his son Simon Chapman is now our Managing Director.
Although we are primarily a business to business company, we do support many home users who require the use of office based products. As previously mentioned, we are unable to support home InkJet printers.

We also have excellent links to suppliers and other dealers across the globe who keep parts for models of all ages in stock.
