We sat down with Simon Chapman, Managing Director at Temple Knight to discuss what was on the cards for 2019 for the company.
Q: What is the company’s primary focus for 2019?
A: After a fantastic 2018 we want to continue to grow the business from strength to strength, expand the team and continue to offer excellent customer service. We also have a new website that we are working on.
Q: You mentioned you are working on a new website, when will this be launching?
A: Yes, we are very excited as we have been working hard behind the scenes on our new website. Not only will it have a new look and feel, we wanted to reflect how the company has progressed over the years and our intentions for development and growth in the future. We are looking to launch Spring/Summer of this year.
Q: How do you plan growing the business and team?
A: We took on our very first National Sales Manager, James Young at the end of last year. This was a first for us as a company, so we are really looking forward to what James can add to the business.
Q: How will you be looking to improve our customer service?
A: We have a fantastic team at our Temple Knight head office. We are continuously reviewing our processes and procedures to be able to find ways to improve and reduce our service waiting times to get our customers up and running as quickly as we can.
Q: What are your customers most interested in?
A: Customers using multi-functional printers are starting to look at Print Managed Solutions for their business. They are looking to regain control of their printing costs, reduce their environmental impact and boost productivity.
This year, I’m looking forward to continuing to offer a consultative service to our existing customers, as well as supporting and meeting new businesses.
