This quarter the team at Temple Knight have really focused on our customer service, with an aim to see exactly what our customers think of us (warts and all).
This all began when we started to look back over the last 30 years to see where we had come from and where we are now. With so many of our customers standing by us for many years, it was good to get their honest opinion of our service.
As part of this focus, we began delivering postcards to our customers with a link to leave a review on our website. This is the first time we have ever done this, so as you can imagine we were a little nervous when the first few started coming in. To our delight the feedback has been very positive and our customers have said some amazing things about our team.

If you are one of our customers, and haven’t received a postcard yet, you can click here to leave a review. Everyone who leaves a review, is entered into a prize draw to win a bottle of champagne. We have already handed out our first bottle to this quarters winner, Meggit Avionics!
We also run a quarterly in-house competition to give a prize to the engineer with the highest number of positive reviews. The winner was Michael as he received some outstanding praise from our customers on his technical skills and customer service.
