Michael arrived at the pre – agreed time (a few minutes early) and installed a new printer wirelessly connecting it to a lap top and a desk top quickly and without any drama’s. Quick and efficient service and always with a smile. An engineer was called as a sheet of paper was jammed in the machine and needed the engineer to remove that section to free the paper. A thorough check of the machine was made to ensure it was ok.

Usually a great service, Engineers are always friendly and customer service is always great in coming back to your queries with quick response. Only criticism would be usually confliction of details with customer service and engineers. I.e. What repair is needed/ Issue.

Luke was professional and efficient and before leaving left the machine in working order advising on what the next steps would be as parts were required.
